Diaoyutai Yinxing Avenue
Although this is just the green belt outside the east wall of the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, once late autumn arrives, it has seemingly become the most beautiful scenery in the urban area of Beijing.
When strolling along it, the sunlight shines through the layers of yellow leaves and falls on the ground. The light spots keep changing with the wind. Everything around is a sea of golden color, which is truly beautiful.
Here, you can see couples snuggling up to each other, elderly couples walking hand in hand, shy girls, and young men looking a bit silly while carrying cameras to take pictures of the girls. You can hardly feel the coolness of autumn at all.
This place is also a must-visit for photographers. The light is best in the early morning and at dusk. However, there are a large number of tourists every day in autumn. If you want to take good pictures, it is recommended that you come here in the early morning.
The best viewing time for the Ginkgo Avenue is from mid-October to early November each year. There may be some fluctuations before and after this period, depending on the influence of the weather.
