Guanfu Museum
The Guanfu Museum is the first private museum established after the founding of the People's Republic of China. It was approved by the government on October 30, 1996, and opened to the public on January 18, 1997. It was founded by Mr. Ma Weidu.
In 2004, the council system was implemented. The museum has the Porcelain Hall, Furniture Hall, Oil Painting Hall, Craftsmanship Hall, Image Hall, Door and Window Hall and a multi-functional hall. It holds various exhibitions and lectures all year round and conducts authentication and consultation services. The exhibitions focus on an open format, emphasizing the communication between people and history and highlighting the affinity of traditional culture.
The Guanfu Museum has a local branch in Shanghai. This branch mainly consists of the Porcelain Hall, Furniture Hall, Oil Painting Hall, Door and Window Hall, Craftsmanship Hall and so on.
